Intended as a companion to the recent ‘When The Punks Go Marching In’ scrapbook, the ‘Bands A-Z’ volume includes biographies and detailed discographies of around 150 bands from the late 70s and early 80s UK hardcore and experimental punk scene – from well-known names which featured prominently in the scrapbook, to ones which received little or no mainstream press at the time – some of which have told their story here for the first time. There are also additional sections which look in detail at a few prominent labels and compilation albums, as well as some additions to the existing scrapbook archive. The Bands A-Z book is 186 pages / A4 size.
