After two eps and one LP on Slovenly Records, we have the honor of having the punk rock band in an album that is catchy, fast and funny as hell.

THE DIRTIEST is a punk rock band from Florence, Italy, formed in 2015. Their music blends raw energy with a garage-punk attitude, drawing inspiration from classic punk bands like THE SPITS and THE RAMONES.

In January 2016, they released their debut vinyl EP, Alarm, on Slovenly Recordings (USA), followed by a cassette of outtakes on KAT Records (Netherlands) in February 2016. Between 2016 and 2017, the band toured extensively across Europe, sharing the stage with acts like Death (Detroit), The Spits (USA), Demon’s Claws (Canada), The Clinic (UK) and playing major festivals such as We Are Loud (Greece), Barreiro Rocks (Portugal), Chee Chak (Czech Republic), Soundhalde (Germany).

In 2018, the band made a bold move, shifting their lyrics from English to Italian. This transition led to the release of the Cento Shot EP on Slovenly Recordings, featuring four fast and scathing tracks that became anthems of their high-energy style.

Their first full-length album, Sovranista, came out in 2021, also on Slovenly Recordings, featuring songs in both Italian and English. During the pandemic lockdown, they participated in Beer Around the Boot, a Slovenly Recordings’ online live show, staying connected with their audience through streaming concerts and interviews.

As live performances resumed in 2022, The Dirtiest returned to the stage alongside bands like THE BLACK LIPS, ANOMALYS, LES LULLIES, and DEMON’S CLAWS, and played at the WE’RE LOUD Festival in Venice. In February 2023, they embarked on a tour across Germany and Switzerland.
